DMMitra provides professional automation tools for Instagram Creator and Business accounts. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

To use DMMitra, you must have an active Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account and be at least 18 years old. We provide tools for automated public replies and direct messages based on user-defined keyword triggers.

Your use of DMMitra is subject to the **Meta Platform Terms** and **Instagram's Community Guidelines**. We are not responsible for any enforcement actions taken by Meta against your account resulting from your use of automation.

You are solely responsible for the configuration of your triggers and the content of your automated responses. You must ensure your use of automation does not violate the rights of third parties or Instagram's anti-spam policies.

5. Automations & Content

DMMitra executes actions based on triggers you define. We do not preview, moderate, or filter your automated content. You maintain full ownership and liability for all messages and replies sent through our platform.

You agree not to use DMMitra for spamming, harassment, or distributing illegal content. Any use of DMMitra that harms our platform or other users is strictly prohibited.

You may permanently delete your entire DMMitra account through your settings. This action removes your user profile and all platform data permanently.

9. Service Availability

DMMitra is provided "as is". We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party API changes.

10. Intellectual Property

The software, design, and branding of DMMitra are the property of its creators. You are granted a limited license to use the tools for your business or individual growth.

In no event shall DMMitra be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

12. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or Meta's policies. Continued use of DMMitra after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DMMitra operates.
