1. Introduction
DMMitra helps you manage Instagram interactions through professional automation. We are committed to being transparent about the data we collect and how it is handled in compliance with Meta's developer policies.
2. Information We Collect
Google Sign-In
We receive your name, email, and profile image from Google to manage your DMMitra profile and authentication.
Instagram Data
We store your account ID, handle, and media metadata (captions/links) to enable specific keyword triggers on your posts.
3. Automation & Webhooks
We process real-time comment and message events via Meta Webhooks. We store trigger rules and execution history (including commenter IDs) to provide audit logs and prevent duplicate responses.
4. Access Tokens & Security
Your Instagram Access Tokens are protected with **AES-256-CBC encryption at rest**. Raw tokens are never returned to your browser or written to persistent logs.
5. Retention & Deletion
Account Disconnection: Disconnecting an Instagram account permanently deletes its tokens, metadata, rules, and activity history from our database immediately.
DMMitra Account Deletion: Deleting your DMMitra profile purges all user and platform data. Instructions are available on our Data Deletion Page.
